With the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots this year, the event that began the now-annual Pride Month traditions, queer people everywhere will be searching for ways to celebrate the progress they have made since then. San Francisco has celebrated lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) pride with parades, celebrations and festivals.
