Gary Gilligan is the Executive Director of the Mountain Mandarin festival in Auburn, California. Celebrating the Mandarin Orange grown in Placer County. Gary has been a part of this festival for 25 years and has served ad ED for the last 11years. Gary has been part of growing this festival from a one day street festival to a 3 day Ag festival which host up to 27,000 guest each year and over 200 vendors the weekend before Thanksgiving.
