Jacqueline Sabec is a partner of King, Holmes, Paterno & Soriano and manages the firm's San Francisco office. Ms. Sabec's practice includes all aspects of entertainment law with an emphasis on Grammy Award winning legacy artists, music and art festivals, venues, lifestyle branding, merchandise, touring, start ups, and industry executives. In the festival space, Ms. Sabec has worked with Black Rock LLC, Burning Man Project, Anime Expo, SF Pride Parade, Summer Meltdown, Winter Wondergrass, and has drafted and negotiated countless sponsorship, endorsement, live streaming, broadcast, film, DVD, and artist appearance agreements.  Ms. Sabec is on the board of the Bill Graham Memorial Foundation and uses her additional expertise in nonprofit law to protect the icons, images, and entities of social change. 
Ms. Sabec's experience includes artist management, executive producing albums and rock documentaries including the Grateful Dead documentary “Fare Thee Well: Circles Around the Sun.” Ms. Sabec often speaks at events and in classrooms on current issues in the music business and enjoys surfing.
